Frequently Asked Questions

I have already filed bankruptcy, can this guide help me?

No. You are subject to different laws while filing bankruptcy and this program will not help you.

I have already been foreclosed upon and my house has gone to auction, can this guide help me get my home back?

At this point, this guide may not be able to help you get your home back as it depends if there are redemption laws in your state.  However, this guide will explain to you about redemption rights if you have any and will also tell you about the eviction process and what happens to the homeowner after the auction.  You may not be able to use all the techniques within this guide to stop your foreclosure at this point, but it will help you understand where you are at in the foreclosure process and what you can expect next.

Is this system legal?

Yes. These techniques have been used by me personally AND by many other investors and some realtors to stop foreclosure dead in its tracks.  However, state laws change all the time and if any technique is found to be unlawful (which it isn’t that we are aware of) then we would refund your money.

Will this system work in my state?

Yes. This guide includes information to educate you in foreclosure procedures within your individual state.  Since state laws vary just like individual foreclosure situations, we knew that each foreclosure would be different, hence possibly require a different technique to stop foreclosure. So, this guide was designed to accommodate those variations by providing many techniques to stop foreclosure so that even if one technique may not work for your individual situation, you have other options to choose from.

Do I need a lawyer to do any of the techniques in this program?

A lawyer is not required, however is recommended at times.  With ANY foreclosure situation or program that can stop foreclosure, the use of a lawyer can be valuable and should never be overlooked.  But this guide was put together with techniques that you can do 100% on your own.

Can I get my money back if I can’t stop my foreclosure with this program?

We offer a 60 day 100% money back guarantee for your satisfaction.  The reality is that after reading this guide, some homeowners may willingly decide that allowing their house to be foreclosed upon and walking away is their best option given their own individual circumstances.  This guide is just that, a guide, to help you make the best decision about what to do in your given circumstances.

Once this guide educates you on your options, some might choose to stop foreclosure, some may choose to walk away, some may choose to fight, and others will just do nothing but rest in the satisfaction of knowing what kind of timeframe they have left.

Since the power to stop foreclosure is entirely up to you and you do have the right to decide not to stop it, then we do not offer a guarantee that this guide will stop foreclosure.  That is up to you and how you choose to use this information.

Rather, we choose to offer a guarantee that you will find beneficial information about what to do in your foreclosure situation and if you don’t find it valuable of helpful to you in any way, then you may ask for a refund and it will be given to you with no complaints.

What if I don’t want to stop my foreclosure, will this guide tell me how much time I have left?

Absolutely. You will be given information on what your timeframe is, based on what stage of foreclosure you are in, and your state laws.  In this way, you may form a safe plan for you and your family based on when you would be required to leave the house.

How long does it take to stop foreclosure using this guide?  My house will go to auction in a couple of days, can this guide still help?

Stopping foreclosure can be done clear up till the same day of the auction, and sometimes after depending on redemption laws if any.  This guide will walk you through all of those options.  While it is always best to try and stop your foreclosure as early as possible, and the techniques to stop foreclosure do get limited when the auction gets too close, there are still options shown to you in this guide.  Not only that, this guide offers valuable help with timeframes and evictions processes after the auction that you will want to know about.  If you purchase this guide and find that the information is too late for you to use, just ask for a refund within 60 days, we will give it to you, no questions asked.

Are there situations in which this guide will not work to stop foreclosure?

Yes, bankruptcy.  If you have filed bankruptcy, this guide is not for you.

Do I have to be the property owner in order to stop the sale?

You at lease need to be partial owner on the deed.  If you are not sure if you are, this book will tell you how you can find out.  Legally, if you aren’t some form of owner on the property, then you don’t have the authority to do much to stop a foreclosure.

Is there a limit to the number of houses I can use these techniques on?

No, investors have used them many times over on several different houses simultaneously without problems.
