Please understand that I am not giving anymore personal advice to individuals on how to deal with foreclosure. Each situation is entirely different and as I would love to help each and every one of you, it is impossible to help everyone on an individual scale. It takes up a tremendous amount of my time that I need to continue writing and producing new and helpful articles.
I will no longer be purchasing real estate. As I do have a couple houses left that I will be selling, I do not have future plans at this time to acquire any more houses, so please do not send me sale listings.

It is my intention to provide genuine help to everyone, but it is a must that you vent negativity elsewhere. It is the upmost importance to me that I remain and live a positive and uplifting life. It must be that way so that I can relay a deep message in my articles that positively affects people; therefore, I filter out all offensive material. Please understand that not all information feels right to everyone and if my information doesn’t resonate with you, then please seek the help and advice of someone else.
